Trapezoidal Sheet
Pre-painted coil on a galvanized substrate, in RAL colours, for producing trapezoidal roof and wall sheets.
Trapezoidal sheet is produced by cold roll-forming coil into trapezoidal ribs on a profiling line. It is the most widely used cladding material on the roofs and walls of industrial buildings, warehouses, factories and agricultural buildings.
PPGI pre-painted coil is protected against corrosion by its galvanized substrate, while the factory-applied paint gives a ready-to-use coloured surface. Trapezoidal sheet manufacturers can therefore go straight to profiling without a separate painting step.

Which colours is PPGI pre-painted coil available in?
PPGI pre-painted coil is supplied in colours from the RAL range. Oxide red (RAL 3009), anthracite grey (RAL 7016) and grey white (RAL 9002) are common choices for roofing and cladding. Call us for current colour stock.
