PPGI pre-painted 2 questions

What is PPGI pre-painted coil and where is it used?

PPGI is steel coil with a factory-applied paint layer on a galvanized substrate. It is used for trapezoidal, corrugated and ridge sheets, as sandwich panel raw material and for roof and wall cladding.

Which colours is PPGI pre-painted coil available in?

PPGI pre-painted coil is supplied in colours from the RAL range. Oxide red (RAL 3009), anthracite grey (RAL 7016) and grey white (RAL 9002) are common choices for roofing and cladding. Call us for current colour stock.

GI galvanized 1 question

Where is GI galvanized coil used?

GI is steel coil zinc coated by hot-dip galvanizing. It is the raw material for drywall profiles, ventilation ducts and trapezoidal sheets. The common grade is EN 10346 DX51D+Z.

Magnelis 2 questions

What is Magnelis steel coil?

Magnelis is steel sheet coated with a zinc-aluminium-magnesium (ZM) alloy. Nehir Metal supplies Magnelis coil in S350GD + ZM310, 1.5–3 mm; its main application is solar mounting structures.

Why choose Magnelis over standard galvanized steel?

Magnelis' key advantage is its stronger self-protection against corrosion at cut, punched or exposed edges. That makes it the better choice for solar, agricultural and outdoor profiles that are cut and punched.

Quality & delivery 1 question

Which standards do your products comply with?

GI and Magnelis coils comply with EN 10346 and PPGI pre-painted coil with EN 10169 (substrate EN 10346); dimensional tolerances follow EN 10143. Products ship with a mill certificate (EN 10204).
